Nature of the Sample: 1,003 New York State Registered Voters

This survey of 1,003 registered voters in New York State was conducted on June 23^rd through June 25^th 2009.  Registered voters were interviewed by telephone in proportion to the voter registration in each county in New York and adjusted for turnout in statewide elections. Results are statistically significant at ±3%. There are 441 Democrats and 281 Republicans. Results for these subsamples are statistically significant at ±5% and ±6%, respectively. The error margin increases for cross-tabulations.
